WAPC Archive

ABOUT THE WAPC ARCHIVE
This online archive contains information, letterheads, forms and other documents of use to WAPC committee members.  It also contains recent records from WAPC committee meetings (past five years), plus 1984-1985.

For many years, several thousand records from WAPA, WASPC and WAPC meetings and other WA philatelic events accumulated in boxes and bags stored in various locations.  In the early 2020s, all of those records were sorted and scanned (generally at 200 dpi).

Due to the sheer volume, it was deemed impractical to retain a physical copy of every record.  Records of sufficient historic value were collated in a series of binders, which are now stored at Home for Philately in Perth.  The remaining records now only exist in scanned form.

The archive on this WAPC website contains a selection of the scanned material.
The entire scanned archive (including records that are NOT on this website) has been recorded on a 2TB external hard drive.  If you would like access to the WAPC Archive hard drive, please contact the WAPC President.

Please note that the archive is NOT a complete record; there are numerous gaps.  It is hoped that some of the missing records will be found in a bag, box, basement, cupboard or attic somewhere and be made available for archiving.   If you know of any other records that might be of value for the archive, please contact the WAPC President.

The archive section has been password protected to secure the integrity of the archived material.  The password is known to current (and recent) WAPC committee members.  Most documents have been saved in PDF to prevent accidental alteration by viewers.
